The inquiry is sent to and handled by the designated Eberspächer Regional Representative (Eberspächer Group companies or area representatives), who is locally responsible for the relevant products and your concerns. The designated Eberspächer regional representative will store the data you enter in the contact form even after your inquiry has been handled. The representative will use the data for advertising purposes and mail you relevant information on products and topics or send you product satisfaction surveys.

The data we process when you use our contact form is based legally (i) on Art. 6 Para. 1 b) GDPR if the data is required for the performance of a contract, and (ii) on Art. 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR, which states that data processing is permissible if this is necessary for the purposes of pursuing legitimate interests, insofar as this concerns the storage and further use of the data for advertising purposes.
