GuardIon-IQ™ - Next Generation BMS
Designed for 12 V–1,500 V (3S–16S) systems, the platform is ideally suited for mobility, energy storage, material handling, uncrewed systems, defence, and other specialized markets.

Built around a customizable BMS Controller, GuardIon-IQ™ supports integrated, modular and distributed BMS variants and offers several options including MOSFETs, contactor drivers, protection and sensing modules, and high-voltage modules—delivering flexibility, safety, and cost-effectiveness for high performance, mission critical applications.
Low Voltage Integrated BMS & Protectors
Our Integrated BMSs are centralized solutions designed to efficiently manage and protect battery packs. The BMS controls and monitors cells or modules through a single main controller, handling a number of functions, protection, and balancing. This architecture streamlines system design, enables precise management of the entire battery pack, and reduces wiring and potential points of failure.
- Supports 1S–16S (12V–100V)
- Tracks SOC, SOH, voltage, current, and temperature
- Provides overcharge, over-discharge, short-circuit, and thermal protection
- Communication options: SMBus, I²C, SPI, CAN, BLE, Wi-Fi
- Optional features: redundant protection, MOSFET switching, sensing modules, and contactor support
We also offer a wide range of battery protectors—simple cutoff devices that disconnect the battery during over-voltage, under-voltage, or over-current faults to ensure essential safety.
High Voltage Distributed BMS
The distributed system uses decentralized control units to independently monitor and manage individual battery cells or modules. The modular system includes 1 Battery System Manager, up to 20 Battery Cell Managers, and high voltage transducer for measuring string voltages.
The system is scalable for large, complex applications such as energy storage, UPS, mobility, and industrial systems.
Battery System Manager:
- Monitors pack voltages
- Manages contactors and pre-charging
- Communicates via CAN
Battery Cell Manager:
- Measures cell voltages and temperatures
- Performs passive cell balancing
- Communicates with the BSM via data link
